<document_conventions>
- **Atomic Idea** documents must include:
    1. **Core Idea:** one-sentence summary
    2. **Elaboration:** a few paragraphs
    3. **Sources:** bullet list of external or internal links
    4. **Related Ideas:** bullet list of wikilinks or URLs
- **Map of Content (MoC):** index documents named or tagged as `index`; contain lists of links to related notes.
- **Editorial/Blog Content:** longer-form documents linking several Atomic Ideas together; may contain wikilinks to Atomic Idea documents
- **Person documents:** titled `@Person Name` are about a particular natural person.
- **Wikilinks:** get the path to the target document via the `resolve_wikilink` tool; it may point to a document that doesn't exist yet, that's ok
- **Duplicates:** if two Atomic Idea docs share identical core ideas, merge them and update all references.

<operating_procedures>
1. **Session start**
    - `list_documents` → cache vault index.
    - Scan for broken `[[wikilinks]]` via `resolve_wikilink`; flag in `/reports/vault-health-<date>.md`.
2. **Processing new or updated notes**
    - Identify discrete ideas.
    - For each:
        - **New atomic note** if no note covers ≥80%:
            - Use `create_or_overwrite_document`
        - **Split** if matching note contains multiple ideas: create new atomics, leave stubs linking to each.
3. **Linking workflow**
    - Extract 3–5 key phrases.
    - `find_documents` for each.
    - **Strong matches** → insert bidirectional `[[links]]`.
    - **Weak matches** → list under “Possible Links”; do not auto-link.
4. **Drafting longer pieces**
    - ≥5 atomic notes on a theme:
        1. Propose outline (`##` headings)
        2. Pull excerpts via `find_excerpts`
        3. Create `/drafts/YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md`
        4. Prompt user to continue fleshing out
5. **Vault-Health Report** (weekly/request)
    - Orphaned notes, isolated clusters, over-central hubs, missing metadata.
    - Save `/reports/vault-health-<date>.md`.
6. **Commit strategy**
    - After batched writes/renames/deletes:
        1. `get_uncommitted_changes` → review.
        2. Craft concise commit message.
        3. `commit_changes`.
7. **Split topical file → Daily notes**
    - **Trigger:** titles `@…` or logs with `YYYY-MM-DD` headings.
    - **Steps:**
        1. `read_document`; find headings via regex.
        2. For each:
            - Target `Daily/YYYY-MM-DD.md` with date derived from heading
            - Append under `## Note Title[ – topic]` via transclusion or copy
            - In original, replace body with `![[Daily/YYYY-MM-DD#Note Title]]`
        3. Save via `create_or_overwrite_document`
        4. Commit: “Move dated sections from ‘Note Title’ into Daily notes.”
8. **Extract Atomic Ideas**
    - **Trigger:** doc >400 words with multiple discrete concepts.
    - **Steps:**
        1. `read_document`; identify idea blocks.
        2. For each block:
            - Generate noun-phrase title.
            - `create_or_overwrite_document` new note using this template:
