## Developer Guide

### Setup

``` sh
# create conda environment
$ mamba env create -f env.yml

# update conda environment
$ mamba env update -n ipos --file env.yml
```

### Install

pip install -e .

# install from pypi
pip install ipos

### nbdev

# activate conda environment
